RETURNS

CAMILLE K is pleased to accept timely returns of new and unused products within 15 days from the date you received your order, where applicable. All orders must be accompanied with an Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA). Please submit your request for your return to sales@camillek.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) with the following information:

• Name
• Order Number
• Item(s) being returned

Upon receipt of the RMA number you will be provided with instructions regarding the processing of your return. Returns can be refunded as Camille K credit or to the original method of payment, Returns outside the of the 15-day return policy may be accepted at the discretion of CAMILLE K and may only be refunded as a store credit. 

Your products must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, and other signature packaging materials. If your order did not include the proper packaging please email sales@camillek.com. Refunds or credits will not be processed until the items are returned and inspected by CAMILLE K
